THE ROLE

Marketing Operator

This is a hybrid position (Williamsport, PA based with remote flexibility).

Building & Optimizing Funnels

Building and optimizing landing pages and marketing funnels directly inside GoHighLevel.

Meta Ads & Analytics

Managing and optimizing Meta ad campaigns for service business clients. Analyzing ad performance and making data-driven decisions.

Automations & Strategy

Setting up robust GHL automations, pipelines, and follow-up sequences. Collaborating directly with the founder on campaign strategy.

This is not an entry-level position. You will be dropped into live client accounts from day one.

COMPENSATION

$25+/hr based on experience - with real upside. We do not cap what we pay for someone who delivers. If you are exceptional, we will pay accordingly. Future growth and expanded responsibility are built into this role from day one.
